Reviews

$297/month

Month to month. Cancel anytime.

  • Review requests after every job. A text and an email go out to each customer, with a personalized image and reminders, until they leave a review.
  • Private routing for unhappy customers. Anyone who wasn't happy lands on a private form that comes to you first, before anything goes public on Google.
  • Replies to positive reviews. Every good review gets a reply written and posted for you, so your page looks cared for.
  • Missed-call text-back. A call you can't pick up gets an automatic text back within seconds, so the lead doesn't dial the next company.
  • Five-star reviews reposted. Good reviews get turned into posts on your own Facebook and Instagram pages automatically.
  • Week-one reactivation. Your past-customer list gets a gradual, personalized drip in week one — the people who liked the work and were never asked.
  • No request limits. Flat price. You don't count messages or do arithmetic about your own customers.

  • Everything in the Website plan. Twenty-plus pages, click-to-call, a quote form above the fold, hosting and edits.
  • Google profile verified and set up. Right categories, every service described, real photos, and the details matched across the main directories.
  • Business details matched on the directories. Your name, phone and service area kept consistent on Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, BBB and the home-service directories.
  • New reviews posted to your profile weekly. Your Google Business Profile gets fresh reviews posted to it every week, not left to drift.
  • Replies to bad reviews drafted for you to approve. Negative reviews get a measured reply drafted for you to approve before anything goes public.
  • A snapshot of where you show up before we start. I capture where you sit on Google Maps at the start, so we can see what actually moved.

  • 20+ pages: every service, every town. A page written for each thing somebody actually searched for, and one for each area you cover.
  • Click-to-call and a quote form above the fold. On every page, not buried at the bottom of a contact page.
  • Chat widget and review widget. A way for visitors to reach you instantly, and your reviews showing up where people decide.
  • Hosting, SSL, uptime and security updates. Looked after, so you're not the one patching it.
  • Two content edits a month. Batched requests, five business day turnaround. New pages and redesigns are quoted separately.

One-time $997 setup fee — waived for our first 10 clients.

Every plan: 14 days free, then a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

Card on file to start the trial. Yearly plans are paid up front and carry the same guarantee.

What’s in the Google profile setup

Complete only. It’s done in order on the setup call, so here it is in order.

  1. Get the right access to your profile, and recover it if an old web designer or ex-employee still holds it.
  2. Verify it with Google, using Google's own verification.
  3. Clean up duplicate listings.
  4. Set your categories, hours, services with descriptions, and real photos.
  5. Match your name, phone and service area on Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, Yelp, BBB and the main home-service directories.
  6. Take a snapshot of where you show up on Google Maps before we start.
  7. Turn on weekly review posts to your profile.

I only list an address on your profile if customers actually visit you there. Extra addresses and extra profiles get businesses suspended, so I don’t do them.

What you’re actually paying for

The software is the cheap part. You can buy review software online for less than I charge. What you’d be buying is a dashboard you have to learn, configure, and remember to use.

What costs money is it being set up right for your business and running every day without you thinking about it — the requests going out, the replies getting written, the unhappy ones getting caught, the good ones getting reposted. That’s the work, and it’s the part that doesn’t get done if it’s on your office manager’s list at four-thirty on a Friday.

And a person who picks up the phone. You text the number on this page and you get me, not a ticket queue. That’s worth something, or it isn’t — but it’s what the monthly is for.

Billing FAQ

Day 15. The first 14 days are free, and you'll get an email before the first charge, never after. Yearly plans get the same email before each renewal.

Fifteen minutes. Know if it fits.

I’ll pull up your Google profile before the call and show you where you sit against the companies ranking above you. If it’s not a fit I’ll say so — I’d rather have a short call than a bad client.
