RaveSeek Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 9, 2026 Last Updated: August 9, 2026 Last Reviewed: August 9, 2026 Next Review Due: February 9, 2027

This Privacy Policy explains how RAVE SEEK LLC d/b/a RaveSeek ("RaveSeek," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://raveseek.com and any related pages, funnels, or portals we operate (the "Sites"), contact us, or use our review automation, reputation, and website services (the "Services").

It also explains your privacy rights and how to exercise them.

This Policy includes disclosures required by the comprehensive consumer privacy laws of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and other states.

Questions? Contact [email protected] or (757) 814-2417.

1. Summary

  • We collect contact details, business information, billing information, and website activity data.
  • We use it to deliver our Services, respond to inquiries, market to prospective clients, and run our business.
  • We share it with service providers who help us operate, and as required by law.
  • We do not sell personal information for money.
  • Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are never shared with anyone for their own marketing.
  • You have rights to access, correct, delete, and limit how we use your information. See Section 11.

2. Two Different Roles: Please Read This First

This Policy covers personal information for which RaveSeek decides the purpose, meaning information about visitors to our Sites, people who inquire about our Services, and our own clients and their staff. For that information, we are the "controller" (or "business" under California law).

This Policy does not govern how a client's own customer data is handled. When a business hires us and uploads its customer contact lists so we can send review requests on that business's behalf, that business is the controller, and RaveSeek acts only as a "processor" (or "service provider"). We process that data on the client's documented instructions, under the data protection terms in Section 20 of our Terms and Conditions, and we do not use it for our own purposes.

If you received a review request text or email from a local business and want to know how your information is handled, contact that business directly. They are the party responsible for their customer data. If you contact us instead, we will do our best to route your request to the right client, but we cannot make decisions about their data on our own.

Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or reuse a client's customer list, or message a client's customers for our own marketing.

3. Mobile Messaging and SMS Consent

When you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from RaveSeek as described in Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message, or contact [email protected]. We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable method.
  • Help: Reply HELP, or contact [email protected] or (757) 814-2417.
  • Frequency: Varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third party.

Phone numbers are processed by the service providers that deliver our messages, including our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel, Inc., operating as GoHighLevel) and the telecommunications carriers that transmit them. These providers may use the information only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

5. Where We Get Your Information

  • Directly from you, when you submit a form, book a call, sign up, send us a message, or provide materials during onboarding.
  • Automatically from your device, through cookies and similar technologies on our Sites. See Section 7.
  • From your authorized accounts, when you grant us manager access to your Google Business Profile, domain registrar, analytics, or other platforms so we can deliver the Services.
  • From service providers, including our CRM and messaging platform, payment processor, and analytics tools.
  • From publicly available sources, such as business directories, Google Business Profile listings, and public records, when researching prospective clients.

6. How We Use Your Information

  1. Deliver the Services — set up accounts, build and host websites, configure and run review request campaigns, provide support, and process billing.
  2. Communicate with you — respond to inquiries, schedule calls, send service and account notices, and follow up on requests for information.
  3. Marketing — send promotional emails and, where you have separately opted in, marketing text messages about our Services. You can opt out at any time.
  4. Improve and secure the Services — analyze usage, diagnose problems, develop features, and detect or prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Sites use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, and secure form submissions (strictly necessary);
  • measure traffic and understand how pages perform (analytics);

Managing cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Sites from working. You can also use industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of targeted advertising and of any sharing of personal information, for visitors from every state, including states that do not require us to. Virginia law does not currently mandate recognition of universal opt-out signals; we honor them anyway.

We do not use session replay or keystroke logging on our Sites.

8. Call Recording

We do not currently record telephone calls. If that changes, we will update this Policy before we begin recording, and we will give notice at the start of any recorded call and obtain the agreement of everyone on the line, as several states require.

We may keep written notes and summaries of calls in our CRM as part of the account record.

9. How We Share Information

Recipient Purpose
Service providers — CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), telecommunications carriers, email delivery providers, payment processor, hosting and domain providers, analytics providers To operate and deliver the Services on our behalf, under written contracts requiring confidentiality and limiting their use of the data

Government or law enforcement When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect legal rights or safety
A successor entity In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets. We will notify you of any such transfer

We never share your mobile number or SMS consent data with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

We do not share a client's customer data with any other client, and we do not pool client customer data for any purpose.

10. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money.

We also do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable means, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Sites and Services are built for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

15. Third-Party Sites and Platforms

Our Sites may link to third-party websites, and our Services connect to third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile. This Policy does not cover those third parties. Their own privacy policies govern what they do with your information, and we encourage you to read them.

RaveSeek is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or HighLevel, Inc.

16. Users Outside the United States

We operate from the United States and store information here. If you access the Sites from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Sites, you consent to that transfer. We do not currently market to or knowingly offer Services to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
